My go-to smoothie is a Peanut butter smoothie with berries (or should it be the other way around?)
Hi guys, how are you doing?
I’ve been sick lately and been on some medicine that makes me feel kinda bad (to feel better longterm, I hope).
Thank you modern medicine and all of the tiny cells inside my body all working to keep me alive and make my body function (the more I learn about molecular biology, the more I think it’s amazing people don’t just fall dead all the time. I mean, there’s so many things that could go wrong any second!).
Not the cheeriest intro, sorry for that – I’ll spare you for the details. But I lack appetite thanks to being sick, but I’m still trying to get enough calories to give my body the fuel it needs to recover. I find it easier to eat food in liquid form = lots of yummy smoothies!
Can’t complain about that part 🙂
Today I tried making one with peanut butter. It tastes amazing, and the peanut butter gives some good protein and fat as well. It doesn’t get much better than this!
This smoothie isn’t specifically good if you’re sick, it’s just generally delicious.
