This means the posts that the most people have had a peak at – and it’s not necessarily the best posts. Because that’s a subjective measure – and people come to this blog for many different reasons: Some are avid readers (and I love you), others just stumbled over an interesting recipe on social media and never came back (but I still got a little love for you too).
My personal favourites – the pieces I’m most proud of and the pieces that have had the biggest impact on me when writing are a different story that I’ll share another time. For now, there’s plenty of good stuff for you to dive into in this list:
The Blog’s most popular post

Number 4. Recovery Is Not a Straight Line – Thoughts From Therapy: My ‘thoughts from therapy’ series is very hard to write, but I’m overwhelmed by the support you give back whenever I share from the heart. This post in particular, must have contained something other people needed to hear too.
Number 3. Peanut Butter Berry Smoothie: This is pretty much my standard smoothie recipe, I love it.
Number 2. Running Tips: Don’t Forget to Breathe: Somehow the only post I’ve ever written about running ended up here in the top.
And now – drumroll, please.
Number 1. Small Steps Towards Self-Love: Being one of the first posts I ever wrote (should I be worried I haven’t improved since?), I’m so happy that my most popular post is one that spreads a positive message with actionable advice on self-love.
I hope 2017 is good to you. Happy new year!
