It’s been too long since I posted a recipe, so today you’re getting one for the delicious smoothie I had after my workout the other day.

Healthy Cocoa Smoothie Recipe

Delicious and creamy cocoa smoothie, perfect after a workout (and tbh, any other day)
Prep Time5 mins
Course: Drinks, Post-Workout

Servings: 1 serving

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 to 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 500 mL milk of your preferenceI sometimes swap 2/5 with skyr for a thicker, creamier texture

Instructions

  • Are they really necessary?
  • Just throw it all in a blender and blend away!
