I had this has an improved protein shake after a workout at the gym. You can skip the protein powder if you want and get enough protein in other ways.

I recently tried using coconut milk in my smoothies. It gives it the thick and creamy texture I love + a slight coconut taste which is a plus too!

I originally wanted to try this smoothie with all out strawberries; using both strawberry protein powder and frozen strawberries. But as I was all out of the latter, this turned into a delicious mix of all kinds of berries.

Ingredients

2.5 dl unsweetened coconutmilk
1 cup frozen raspberries and blueberries
1 scoop (25g) strawberry protein powder
1 frozen banana

Instructions

  • Mix the coconut milk and protein powder
  • Mix the rest of the ingredients and blend it all
