Boil water
Add salt, and stir until dissolved
Add almonds to the water, and let them soak for 20 minutes
Drain the water, and place almonds evenly in a single layer on a baking tray lined with baking paper
(Optional) Sprinkle extra salt on almonds
Bake at 175°C / 350°F for 17-20 minutes
Let cool before eating or storing in airtight container
