- 3.5 dl rolled oats 1.5 cup
- 3 eggs
- 1 medium banana
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Oil for cooking
Make oat flour: Add oats to a blender, and blend until oats look very fine and powdery.
Pour the oat flour into a bowl, and add baking powder.
Add the banana and eggs to the blender. Blend until there's no banana lumps left.
Add the banana and egg-mix to the bowl with flour. Mix until smooth.
Heat a pan to medium heat and add a bit of oil.
Pour batter onto the pan (~0.5 dl per pancake), and let cook for about 2-3 minutes per side.
