Easy, Healthy Oatmeal Waffle Recipe
A simple, healthy recipe for the best breakfast food in the world: Waffles!
gluten-free, healthy, vegetarian
milk of your preference
I use minimælk
for the waffle iron
Blend oatmeal in a food processor or blender
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix together
- in the blender, to minimize clean up work. Otherwise, mix wet and dry ingredients separately, then together.
Heat the waffle iron
Add a bit of oil to the waffle iron, then the batter.
1 dl a piece works for my iron.
Bake each waffle for about 4-5 minutes.
This can vary depending on how hot your waffle iron can get, and how big your waffles are. Trial and error will help you 😊
