Salted Almonds

Salted almonds are a breeze to make on your own, and are a tasty snack for parties, school or whenever else you crave them!

  • 400 g almonds 14 oz
  • 8 tbsp salt
  • 4 dl water 2 cups


  • Boil water
  • Add salt, and stir until dissolved
  • Add almonds to the water, and let them soak for 20 minutes
  • Drain the water, and place almonds evenly in a single layer on a baking tray lined with baking paper
  • (Optional) Sprinkle extra salt on almonds
  • Bake at 175°C / 350°F for 17-20 minutes
  • Let cool before eating or storing in airtight container
