These pancakes only require a couple of simple ingredients, and are a healthy way to start the day!

Ingredients

  • 3.5 dl rolled oats 1.5 cup
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 medium banana
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • Oil for cooking

Instructions

  • Make oat flour: Add oats to a blender, and blend until oats look very fine and powdery.
  • Pour the oat flour into a bowl, and add baking powder.
  • Add the banana and eggs to the blender. Blend until there's no banana lumps left.
  • Add the banana and egg-mix to the bowl with flour. Mix until smooth.
  • Heat a pan to medium heat and add a bit of oil.
  • Pour batter onto the pan (~0.5 dl per pancake), and let cook for about 2-3 minutes per side.
