My go-to smoothie is a Peanut butter smoothie with berries (or should it be the other way around?)

Ingredients

  • 2.5 tbsp greek yoghurt or skyr
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 handful of mixed frozen berries
  • A bit of milk of your preference

  • Smash it all up in a blender
