Bam! Smoothies can be healthy and full of greens without looking green. And they still taste amazing. Here's a quick & healthy recipe.

Ingredients

  • 100 mL greek yoghurt
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2 handfuls of fresh spinach
  • 1 handful of frozen raspberries
  • 1 squeeze of honey for extra sweetness (optional)

Instructions

  • Throw it all into the blender and blend until smooth.
