If you look at my instagram, you might think all I eat is pancakes and smoothies. That’s not entirely true, but I do love a good pancake recipe.
Myprotein was so kind to let me try their protein pancake mix, and that’s not something I can say no to.






The Simplest Protein Pancakes Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 scoops chocolate protein pancake mix - from MyProtein
- 100 to 150 mL water or milk - the latter taste better in my opinion
Instructions
- Mix ingredients
- Heat a frying pan, add a little bit of butter/oil
- Reduce to a medium heat and add the batter to the pan and cook

It only takes a few minutes to make these pancakes, and it takes no time to mix if you use a shaker bottle (but a whisk can get the job done too).
There’s 30 g of protein in a serving, and it’s so easy to make that I even have time to make them for breakfast on weekdays. The large amount of protein also makes them surprisingly filling.
They taste a lot like their chocolate protein powder – meaning delicious! For topping, I used MyProtein’s zero sugar syrup. Regular syrup is a little bit better in my opinion, but with 86 g vs 0 g sugar per 100 g, I’ll be using their syrup a lot more. Besides the syrup, I also had a bit of fruit, which always goes along well with pancakes.

Yay! I lovelovelove MyProtein, and the fact that this has only 2 ingredients (whatwhat) is amazingggg! I have a crap ton of protein powder that I’m not sure I’ll ever be able to get through if I just consume them in shakes, so this is perfect! <3
These look delicious! I actually love the taste of protein powder so no complaining here. That’s good that it helps make them more filling than the usual pancake.

These look amazing! I am a sucker for a lot of fruits and whipped cream on my pancakes. But I also love putting maple syrup instead 🙂 I tend to eat very unhealthy when it comes to pancakes as you can probably already tell, haha.
