Good morning friends!
I love having a smoothie for breakfast, especially on days where I don’t have much of an appetite. Now that classes have started again, skipping breakfast is not a real option (and breakfast food is the best, so why would you!).
Healthy Pink Breakfast Smoothie
- 175 mL Skyr – or non-dairy milk if vegan
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 handful of raspberries
- 1 tbsp peanut butter – or about 1000 if you’re lik me
- Granola, almonds – can be anything you want
- Smash it all in a blender
- Add toppings
