Pita pizza is a fast easy way to make a healthier version of pizza, where anything goes for toppings.
As a lazy busy student living alone, I love simple recipes (you might have noticed that already).
As a person with taste buds, I love pizza. This recipe combines both!

Thanks Leta! Me too… I love cooking, but it just takes so much time to do everyday (and I can be quite lazy…) haha 🙂
So simple – I do a similar recipe using tortillas for tea when I’m home alone and love them … Well so long as I don’t burn them that is!
