It’s time for some Monday Motivation because a new week is a chance to start over if you need it, or an opportunity to keep going when you’re on track! Also, puppies.
Yuck. Bah. Bleh. Meh.
^ That’s how I’d describe the past week for me. I’m writing this on Sunday, as today (Monday) marks the start of 24 hours of hell, also known as the exam in social sciences & science philosophy (I think. It’s hard to translate the course name).
So if I sound like I’m losing my mind in this post, it’s just because I am. I just long for human interaction and relaxing without this black cloud hanging over me. (If you haven’t guessed it already, I’m terrible at handling exam stress. So let’s stop talking about. Wait, I’m the one who decides what we talk about in this one-sided conversion. Sorry).

Things I’m totally gonna do this week probably
- Get my good sleeping pattern back: My exams ends 9 am Tuesday, so I there’s a good chance my body will feel totally messed up for at least a few days.
- Be gentle with myself: As I said, I don’t handle exam stress well – and this stress easily sets off a bad cycle where I don’t eat properly or workout – and that makes me feel more stressed, and so I make even more bad decisions. Feeling shit 4 times a year is mandatory when you’re student, and I try to accept that.
- Go to the gym as much as I feel like: I’m currently going to the gym 4-5 times a week – but when I’m stressed I need more rest & recovery time. So maybe I’ll go 5 times. Maybe 0. Both is cool.
Things that’ll show up on the blog this week so get excited!
- A huge roundup with yummy healthy recipes
- The ab workout I promised you
Things I posted a really long time ago that we’ve all happily forgotten about
Things that are too cute for this world
Because cute animals are the key to happiness and this way I can pretend I’m being productive when I spend hours looking at puppies – “It’s for the blog!!!
I mean look at…
… this ACTUAL BALL OF FLUFF
… one of these 3 dogs is not like the others

It sounds interesting. ^^ Throughout this week, I don’t do anything. It is tired to prepare for the next race.
Thanks Vicki! Having time to rest & recovery every now and then is so important. I hope you have a nice week 🙂
