Sometimes it’s better to take a rest day. You will regret your workout if you get injured, or make it worse if you already are.
Sometimes a workout gives you energy to get through the rest of the day. Other days it just drains you more, or you should have focused on other tasks. Working out does not have to be your #1 priority every single day.
Remember, it’s important to rest. Rest is vital. Find your balance.

This is so important! People are way too much into “I have to do this now or I’m a weak person and a disappointment”. Some evenings for example, I just feel more like cuddling with my boyfriend or whatever, even though I know working out is healthy. But everyone can exaggerate with their longing for health.
