If you’re new to #HealthHour it’s a Twitter chat about living a healthy lifestyle with a focus on physical and mental well-being rather than weight loss and restriction. It’s at Mondays 8 PM (UK TIME), usually hosted by me, @Annesmiless, and a great way to connect with new friends who are on the same journey as you!
