If you’re new to #HealthHour it’s a Twitter chat about living a healthy lifestyle with a focus on physical and mental well-being rather than weight loss and restriction. It’s at Mondays 8 PM (UK TIME), usually hosted by me, @Annesmiless, and a great way to connect with new friends who are on the same journey as you!
The topic for this chat was “Food” and the lovely Victoria had agreed to host the chat for me while left the face of the internet earth for a week. She did a wonderful job, and I’m thinking of opening up for more guest hosts in the future.
