This time we’re chatting about who the biggest supporter of your healthy lifestyle, and the best way to support you!
If you’re new to #HealthHour it’s a Twitter chat about living a healthy lifestyle with a focus on physical and mental well-being rather than weight loss and restriction. It’s at Mondays 8 PM (UK TIME), usually hosted by me, @Annesmiless, and a great way to make new friends who just gets you!
Before we dive into the third round of the chat, I’ve been asked if the chat could happen on Instagram. I’m not completely sure it could work; maybe by posting all the questions along with a picture, and then we chat in the comments? Would you be up for this? If you are, I’ll make it happen!
Now, onto the chat. The topic for this one was
Health Support Systems – The people who support your lifestyle
The following will be a recap of some of the answers in case you missed the that or don’t have a Twitter. You are very welcome to leave your answers in the comments. Otherwise, I hope you can learn something from the rest of the guys’ answers! 🙂

What are your answers to the questions? Let me know in the comments!

Since you made it all the way to the end, you may as well follow on Instagram as it’s the place to be!
But their algorithm is a mystery so maybe sign up for the newsletter to never miss a post! ✨

absolutely loved the questions and various answers 🙂
Great! You are very welcome to join in one day! (if timezones don’t make it too difficult) 🙂
Luckily, since I walk, talk, breath, eat, and live HEALTHY LIVING – every single person I know supports my lifestyle and tries to emulate it. If there are people who don’t like how I live, well I don’t know who they are and I don’t associate myself with them! haha!
Well, that’s awesome! And that’s probably good, because friends who don’t support your lifestyle might not be your actual friends 🙂
I’ve just found you blog and I absolutely love it! I want to start being healthier so I definitely will be joing the health chat next week – I can’t wait! x
