Argh! I’m so happy right now. It’s 11 PM here, and the first ever #HealthHour chat is over.
You have no idea how worried I was no one would turn up. In hindsight, it might have been a bad idea to announce that the chat is a thing that exists just a couple of hours before it started. But hey, people didn’t have time to forget about it then.
The topic for the first chat was
Getting back on track
It’s something everyone has to deal with (some more than others). One thing that was obvious during the chat was that it’s something everybody struggles with – but it helps when you know you’re not alone, and can laugh about it with lovely people.
The following will be a recap of some of the answers in case you missed the that or don’t have a Twitter. You are very welcome to leave your answers in the comments. Otherwise, I hope you can learn something from the girls’ answers.
Q1. On or off track?
Q2. Falling off track
Q3. Getting back on track
Q4. Beating yourself up
Q5. Setting goals
To get involved, and get the full conversation, be sure to join the next #HealthHour twitter chat! I currently have a poll up on my twitter profile to decide if we’re going to move the chat from 9 PM to 8 PM UK time. I originally picked 9 PM because the twitter chat calendars I looked at showed that slot was always taken, but the chat doesn’t seem to active anymore. Personally, I’m a fan of moving it to 8 PM, because in DK time the chat currently ends at 11 PM which is a bit late, especially on a Monday 🙂
What are your answers to the questions? Let me know in the comments!

Since you made it all the way to the end, you may as well follow on Instagram as it’s the place to be!
But their algorithm is a mystery so maybe sign up for the newsletter to never miss a post! ✨

Hi Anne!
I discovered your blog a few days back and I really like the combination of fitness, food, body positivity and mental health/self-care that you post about. Also, I think HealthHour is a really cool idea. Are you considering opening it up on Instagram as well? I don’t use Twitter, but it might be possible to get a small conversation going under pictures on Instagram (maybe one with all questions in the description box, or one picture each). Or maybe that’s too big of a hassle?
I hope you’re having a wonderful day 🙂
I’m so glad to hear that! I think it would be awesome to be able to host #HealthHour on instagram, but I’m not sure if it could work in reality. I’ll definitely be thinking about ways to make it work and try out one day 🙂
I hope you have great day! x
I’m so sad I missed the chat! I can’t wait to join the next one though. (:

No worries, there’ll be lots in the future! See you tomorrow x
I will definitely have to join and get some fitness inspiration from you all next time!
That’s fantastic, look forward to having you there!
This chat sounds amazing, I’ll make sure to take part in it when I’m back home. I’d say that I’m currently on track fitness wise although I find it hard to eat healthy every day, especially when I’m travelling. I think it’s really important to treat ourselves to something less healthy from time to time, otherwise the temptation is too big. xx

Definitely! Balance is important, and it’s completely fine to have treats sometimes xx
Exciting to see my tweets on your blog! Can’t wait for the next #HealthHour! xx
You know what I’m excited about? Seeing your blog when you finally make one! (and the next chat obviously) xx
