Friday Five #4

Hi babes! How are you spending Easter? I just touched down at my parents place, so it will be good to spend a couple of days relaxing with my family.

5 things I worry way too much about

  • How I’m going to get through the rest of this semester
  • If I’ll ever recover from my knee injury
  • Random accidents happening to the people I love
  • What people think of me and my blog
  • Worrying – But I’m getting better at controlling my anxiety 🙂

5 quotes I love

  • Do not be afraid to cry; it really is okay. Sometimes it’s through our tears we find a better way.” – The Ballad of Nessie
  • Finding your passion isn’t just about careers and money. It’s about finding your authentic self. The one you’ve buried beneath other people’s needs.
    – Kristin Hannah
  • Love yourself so much that when someone treats you wrong, you recognize it.”
  • Failure is success if we learn from it
  • If someone ever says you’re weird, say thank you.” – Ellen Degeneres

The monkey’s reaction is amazing! I definitely worry too much about nearly the same things, especially about something happening to the people I love. It’s hard to accept that we can’t control life. Oh and I love the quote ‘Failure is success if we learn from it’, that’s so true. xx
