Delicious cocoa smoothie – perfect after a workout.
It’s been too long since I posted a recipe, so today you’re getting one for the delicious smoothie I had after my workout the other day.
It’s super simple, but still yummy!
Healthy Cocoa Smoothie Recipe
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 to 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 500 mL milk of your preference – I sometimes swap 2/5 with skyr for a thicker, creamier texture
- Are they really necessary?
- Just throw it all in a blender and blend away!
