Hi, and thanks for stopping by!
I’m so excited to see you here. If you’re new – welcome!
If not, welcome back!
I’m Anne, a Sports Science and Health student with a passion for fitness and health, living in Denmark.
I love working out, although I’m in the process of recovering from a knee injury. I love strength training, running, a bit of yoga and football (that would be real football, aka soccer for you silly Americans).
You can read some fun facts and other personal stories from me here, including my battle with depression and anxiety.
Now let me introduce you to this thing I call my blog. I make workouts, recipes, talk about self-love, opinions – and ramble about blogging.
Right from the start I’ll just tell you that I try to keep this a positive space, and if you ever have a question, or just need to chat, don’t hesitate to leave a comment here, or shoot me an email via the contact form here.
When it comes to health, I focus on all aspects of it – not just the physical. A healthy lifestyle shouldn’t bring you stress, but joy. Moderation and balance is the key.
I want to help you find joy in being active, discovering your way of living healthy with a healthy mindset – because that’s where it all starts and ends.
Sometimes awesome people feature me and my blog – you can see who’s crazy enough to do that here.
Now, let’s dig deeper into the content of this blog.
