As this is a classic welcome post, I’m going to be super original and tell you a bit about myself and what you can expect from this blog in the future (and I hope that you’ll return to here).
About me – short and sweet
I’m 21 years old, a Danish girl who started studying Sports Science & Health last summer at SDU.
My choice of major reflects my passion for training and how the body works, especially the physiological part.
And through this I hope to bring you something special: through my experiences as a student and person, I want to share information about health and training – based on a level that is understandable but doesn’t leave out information.

I started blogging (on tumblr) a couple of years ago after discovering the fitblr community where I got to befriend some amazing people with the same interests as me. I realized I really enjoyed writing and taking pictures as a creative outlet, and thought it was time to get a “proper” blog – and because of my education, I’m also more qualified to share tips now. I love the way blogging lets me connect with so many like minded people, it’s amazing!

Since you are interested in physiological things, you might find my blog interesting (findinglifessilversun.wordpress.com). I have a condition called POTS, and several other chronic conditions that I think make my particular physiological function quite interesting.
