I actually went to the gym yesterday. And I’m going again today! That doesn’t sound like a huge deal for a fitness blogger, I know, but it is for me (being sick and injured and all).

To recharge after my workout, I made this delicious protein strawberry smoothie. It has a lovely creamy texture, and is just that much better than a regular protein shake after a workout.

BulkPowdersDK was so kind to send me a whole bunch of whey protein samples (that isn’t even half of them) and a bunch of other stuff I’m currently trying out. So you can look forward to more protein recipes soon!

Ingredients

2.5 dL skyr
1 ripe banana
1 handful of raspberries
1 handful of strawberries
25 g pure why strawberry protein powder
