Morning friends! Here’s quick smoothie recipe to get you a good start on the day.

    Her er en hurtig opskrift på en smoothie der giver mig en god start på dagen, selv når jeg ikke har så meget appetit.

    • 175 mL skyr
    • 1 moden bananEn håndfuld frosne hindbær
    • 1000 1 spsk peanut butter
    • Topping: Müsli og mandler i det her tilfælde, men det kan være alt muligt!

I love having a smoothie for breakfast, especially on days where I don’t have much of an appetite. Now that classes have started again, skipping breakfast is not a real option (and breakfast food is the best, so why would you!).

Save Recipe

Ingredients

  • 175 mL Skyr (or milk-alternative if vegan)
  • 1 ripe banana
  • A handful of frozen raspberries
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter (1000 if you ask me)
  • Topping
  • Granola and almonds (Can be anything you want!)

Instructions

  1. Blend away and enjoy!
