I love having a smoothie for breakfast, especially on days where I don’t have much of an appetite. Now that classes have started again, skipping breakfast is not a real option (and breakfast food is the best, so why would you!).
|175 mL||Skyr (or non-dairy milk if vegan)|
|1 handful||of frozen raspberries|
|1 tbsp||peanut butter (or about 1000 if you’re like me)|
|Granola and almonds (can be anything you want!)|
- Blend away and enjoy!
