Morning friends! Here’s quick smoothie recipe to get you a good start on the day.
I love having a smoothie for breakfast, especially on days where I don’t have much of an appetite. Now that classes have started again, skipping breakfast is not a real option (and breakfast food is the best, so why would you!).
Ingredients
175 mL | Skyr (or non-dairy milk if vegan) |
1 | ripe banana |
1 handful | of frozen raspberries |
1 tbsp | peanut butter (or about 1000 if you’re like me) |
Topping | |
Granola and almonds (can be anything you want!) |
Instructions
- Blend away and enjoy!
