Ingredients

  • 3 whole wheat pitas
  • 1 can tomato paste (70g)
  • Shredded cheese/cheese subsitute
  • Pizza seasoning Oregano, basil, marjoram
  • Topping (great way to use leftovers from your kitchen)
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 6 champignon
  • 2 Chicken sausages
  • Cold cuts

Instructions

  1. Cut pitas in halves
  2. Spread tomato paste on the previous inside of the pita
  3. Mix and match your topping – because there’s so many pizza’s, you have a great chance to experiment with different combinations to find your favorite!
  4. Add the spices and cheese
  5. Place in oven for 10-15 min at 200 C / 400 F until the cheese is golden and the crust looks crispy
