Quick & Easy Peanut Butter Energy Bites

It’s been a stressful period since uni started here, and prepping snacks is something that just needs to be done quickly, there’s simply no time for anything else.

These no-bake energy bites take no more than a few minutes to create and are a great snack for when you’re busy and don’t have time to sit down to eat.

It’s a good thing they’re so quick to make because they disappear very fast too!

I was looking up recipes for these energy bites, bliss balls, or whatever you call them, and a lot of them requires a food processor and my student kitchen doesn’t have that kind of fancy equipment. So I just made my own!

I wanted to tip you about a site full of yummy recipes – cause if you’re anything like me, you can’t get enough of scrolling through foodporn. By the way, is it only my uni that doesn’t give you time to eat? We only get 15 minutes between lessons to walk from one classroom to the other, and that’s not always enough when you need to go from one end of campus to the others (I’ve always been so envious of the guys with scooters).

Recipe: Peanut butter energy bites


1 tbsppeanut butter
6 tbsprolled oats
1 tbsphoney
1 tbspdark chocolate chips


  1. It’s time to get handsy. Just mix all the ingredients together, form them into small balls – and maybe let them sit in the fridge a little bit.
  2. Enjoy! ♡
