It’s been a stressful period since uni started here, and prepping snacks is something that just needs to be done quickly, there’s simply no time for anything else.

These no-bake energy bites take no more than a few minutes to create and are a great snack for when you’re busy and don’t have time to sit down to eat.

It’s a good thing they’re so quick to make because they disappear very fast too!

I was looking up recipes for these energy bites, bliss balls, or whatever you call them, and a lot of them requires a food processor and my student kitchen doesn’t have that kind of fancy equipment. So I just made my own!

I recently joined this great recipe sharing site called Yummly. Clicking that yummy y-button in my share bar lets you save my recipe to your recipe box to save for later. Alternatively, you can also save it to Pinterest, and check out my Recipe board full of deliciousness while you’re there!

By the way, is it only my uni that doesn’t give you time to eat? We only get 15 minutes between lessons to walk from one classroom to the other, and that’s not always enough when you need to go from one end of campus to the others (I’ve always been so envious of the guys with scooters).
