Hello friends, and hello July!
Usually, these kinds of monthly updates start something like Wow, that month went by so fast, I can’t believe it’s *insert any month* already! Well, I can believe it’s July – and boy, have I been waiting for it. For me, June was a month in student-hell. I’ve now had vacation for a few days, and I’m slowly starting to feel like I can breathe again.
It’s been a crazy month, and if you look at my Instagram pictures, it seems like an active one as well – and it really has been! From now I’ll have to go to a much busier gym though, as my favorite one is shutting down. Is it wrong to be a little emotionally attached to your gym? I better not let that stop me though.
For now, let’s flip through the photo album of June.
This month I…
… spend a lot of time in the gym
… made pancake towers, got a bit sunburnt and snacked way too much while studying for finals
… I was sick and had to spend more time in bed than I wanted too. And I went FOR A RUN! Well it was really a walk that ended with a few short intervals because my head wanted to run, but my knee is lacking motivation.
… Tried really hard to be active, but exam stress left me so tired
… When the first part of my exam assignment was handed, I was so relieved and kicked butt in the gym
… had a crazy intense ab workout that left me too sore to laugh
… drooled over watermelons, and started to enjoy summer a little
… I also failed at oatmeal art, but the by far wildest thing that happened this month was the health blog awards. I might have mentioned it before, but I was so lucky to win ‘Best European Health Blog 2016’ and am so proud.
How was your month? Let me know in the comments!
