It’s another #HealthHour well done! I absolutely love chatting with and getting to know you guys!

If you’re new to #HealthHour it’s a Twitter chat about living a healthy lifestyle with a focus on physical and mental well-being rather than weight loss and restriction. It’s at Mondays 8 PM (UK TIME), usually hosted by me, @Annesmiless, and a great way to make new friends who just gets you!
