It’s super simple, but so are all my recipes – My talent isn’t cooking, it’s eating. And I like to eat (or drink) smoothies!
This is a green smoothie with spinach – but the red from the raspberries
ruins hides it. Yeah, the colour isn’t the best, but you should never judge a smoothie by its colour. As I was blending this, the spinach went down first, and I was just thinking how pretty the green colour was. Then the raspberries hit, and I went oh. But I’m trying to distract you from that with my silly face 😉
|100 mL||greek yoghurt|
|1||very ripe banana|
|2 handfuls||of fresh spinach|
|1 handful||of frozen raspberries|
|1 squeeze||of honey for some extra sweetness (optional)|
- Throw it all into the blender and blend until smooth.
