Hello Friday, I have been waiting for you! You have no idea how much I’ve missed you.
It’s now been two weeks since I started studying after a mental health break. Where did all my energy go? I don’t study full-time yet (doing two-thirds of the hours for now), but it’s a challenge. I don’t understand how my classmates can manage it?! I am doing well in the class – but that’s the only thing I’m doing. I’ve had barely any time for blogging, friends, exercise and relaxing, except for when I’m with my boyfriend. Luckily, I have practically no classes next week, so I can use it to catch up on chores, and make a plan that can help me balance everything without burning out. And catch up on a lot of blogging and reading, because that’s my favorite escape.

What I have experienced, however, is a touching response to my post about ‘6 Things You Should Never Say to a Person Dealing with Depression‘. I hope I’ll find time to write a proper response to each of your lovely comments over the weekend.
And I’ve of course stumbled over lots of cute animal videos! What can I say, it’s my guilty pleasure, and it instantly cheers me up! So I’m compensating for the lack of favorites in this post with cuteness! I hope you can forgive me π

Hey gorgeous <3 What I do for self care is take long, hot baths with the lights out, burns candles and incense. and watch Netflix or read. I also really enjoy yoga for self care or doing some stretches. Writing is another thing I lean towards for self care. Hope you're doing well! xoxo

When I’m feeling overwhelmed, I tend to turn my phone off for a few days and just watch a TV show (parks and rec haha)- it works for me to just get away from everyone for a little bit.
