Hardboiled, softboiled, scrambled – I love eggs!
They’re cheap, full of nutrition, and you can make so many different tasty meals. Including omelettes, for an easy meal. I had this one for dinner the other day, where I used some leftovers for the filling
|A bit of ham|
|Salt & pepper|
- Beat the eggs and add skyr. Season with salt and pepper.
- Pour onto a heated pan
- Let it cook on one side for a short time, then add your fillings
- Let it cook for a couple of minutes
- Try to flip it over. Fail partly. Add the broken bits on top and pretend you meant to make an omelette with scrambled eggs on top. No one will ever know.
