Thank whoever-is-watching it’s Friday*!
Time to let out the stress of the week, take a deep breath, and unwind.
I know, living for the weekend and hating Monday is not a good attitude.
But that’s what I do.
Not because I don’t enjoy studying and my every day life (I really would if it wasn’t for the chronic pain).
But it’s hard. Stressful.
And I need the weekend to unwind and to be relieved from the constant pressure of university (if only I didn’t have to study in the weekend it would be amazing).
As you can guess, my plans for the weekend isn’t partying or going out.
It’s the opposite, and it’s exactly how I like it.
It’s my time to recharge.
Well, that and catch up on all kinds of household chores I’ve been postponing.
And take a lot of deep breaths, go for a walk in nature and drink some hot chocolate (with cream of course!).
My neck pain is still a daily (and nightly) struggle, and there’s still a month until my hospital appointment. So I’m trying to focus on all the good things I have in my life and showing gratitude more often. I’m even making the gratefulness practise a thing over on
fake snapchat Instagram stories, and you’re welcome to join in!
