I created a book with the most important therapy lessons. It’s a little tool that helps me remember everything I learned in therapy, and other things that help me take good care of my mental health.

I’ve made a lot of progress in therapy, and it’s now come to an end. But for someone with repeated bouts of depression, it’s hard not to wonder -What makes you think this time will be different?. Why do you think you won’t end up back in therapy?
