Can you feel the love in the air? Actually that’s just sweat from the killer workout you’re about to have.
I’ve put together a workout playlist with love songs, because it is after all, Valentine’s day today. It doesn’t matter whether the love you feel is for a significant other, yourself (hell yeah you deserve it), or the big box of chocolates waiting for you after your workout.
By now you might be curious about how I’m going to spend my Valentine’s day. Or not. It doesn’t matter, because I’m going to tell you about it anyway. I’ve been with my wonderful boyfriend for nearly 1 year now. So we got big plans for the special day? Nah. Valentine’s isn’t that hyped in Denmark. I’ve been in a relationship a couple of times at this date, but I’ve never spend it with my boyfriend at the time – and it doesn’t bother me at all.
I do think the idea of a special day to celebrate love a little extra is amazing, but I don’t like it when it comes with the pressure to feel bad if you’re single, and spend so much money on it.
I’d rather have a workout and the endorphins that comes with it any day!
